Wheel Balancing
When the weight of the tire and the wheel are evened out, it moves smoothly at high speeds. This is called wheel balancing, or tire balancing. Balancing is done by putting the wheel/tire assembly on a balancer. The balancer centers the wheel and spins it to figure out where the weights should go.
